DUNGEONS & DRAGONS: HONOR AMONG THIEVES does what several other movies have attempted and failed: It brings the role-playing fantasy world of "Dungeons & Dragons" to the big screen in a way that entertains both hardcore players and audiences who have never laid eyes on a D&D rule book.
That success is due to the enthusiastic and funny approach brought to the script by the writing/directing team of Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley, who also made the wildly funny and surprisingly hard-hitting comedy GAME NIGHT. The filmmakers recruited a cast led by Chris Pine and Michelle Rodriguez to bring the game's character classes to life. We talk to all four of these key creators to learn how they did it.
