SMS Texts FAQs
Cinemark uses SMS for the following programs:
Two-Factor Authentication (469-809-6098)
Account Notifications (469-809-1909)
1a. Cinemark Two-Factor Authentication: If you are enabled to Two-Factor Authentication and select SMS as the method for delivery, you will receive a unique authentication code to the phone number associated with your account per request.
1b. Account Notifications: If you select SMS as the method to receive account notifications, you will receive an SMS message with the information or link requested.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP” to the phone number you want to stop receiving messages from. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to start receiving SMS messages again, text “START” to resubscribe. After you send the SMS message “START” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have resubscribed.

3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by completing the form on cinemark.com/contact-us or calling 1-800-CINEMARK.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive 1 message per request. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you’ve previously texted “STOP” to unsubscribe, you will not receive messages until you resubscribe. To resubscribe, text “START” to the phone number of the program you want to receive SMS messages from:

Account Notifications: (469-809-1909)
You will receive a set number of messages per request. The number of messages you will receive is dependent on the program you’re subscribed to:
Two-Factor Authentication: 1 message per request
Account Notifications: 1 message per request
