W-2 Online Registration

All Cinemark Current and Former Employees can now enroll to receive their 2021 W-2 and 1095C Forms through Workday. You must consent by January 17, 2022.

The benefits of on-line Tax Forms include:
• Receive tax forms faster – Get your 2021 W-2 (and 1095C Form if applicable) on January 24, 2022.
• More secure – Your important tax documents won’t be in the general mail.
• More direct – No need to wait for your W-2 in the mail.

Instructions:
Login to your Workday account (you can still log in if you are no longer employed with Cinemark)
Click on the Pay Icon
Under View, Click My Tax Documents
Click the Edit button
Select the 1st Radio Button – Receive electronic copy of my Year End Tax Documents
Note: You will be able to print off a copy of your W-2 (and 1095C Form if applicable.)
Click OK at the bottom of the screen
Selecting the 2nd Radio Button will mail your W-2 to the last known address on file which will cause delays and have your sensitive personal information out in the general mail.

W-2 Reissue Requests for Prior Years

Please print the W-2 Reissue Request Form and submit it to the Human Resources Department. There is a $5 charge for this option. If you have questions please email [email protected] or call the W-2 hotline at 972-665-1300.

Equifax can also reprint your last year’s W-2. There is an $18.00 fee. Please contact them at 877-325-9239 and follow the below automated steps:

• Press 1 for English
• Enter your Social Security Number (SSN)
• When it asks the purpose of the call today, enter 2 for copy of your tax document which is a Reissue.
