A: No, refunds are not offered on Private Swiftie Parties.

Q: Are there any special concessions offers?
A: There are no special concession offers for Private Swiftie Parties nor are concessions included in your purchase. You are able to take advantage of any available concession promotions. Sign up for Cinemark emails to learn about new movies, limited time offers and more.
Q: Can I decorate the auditorium for my Private Swiftie Party?
A: Due to safety and cleaning concerns as well as overall movie presentation quality, decorations are not permitted in the auditorium. Please refrain from bringing glitter, balloons, silly string, streamers, banners and other decorations.
Q: Can I bring my own food for my Private Swiftie Party?
A: Outside food and drinks are not allowed for Private Swiftie Parties with the exception of handheld treats, like cupcakes or cookies (no cakes please). Concessions are available for purchase at the concession stand or online through Mobile Ordering.
